Biography

Dr. Dr. Vidor is a board-certified ophthalmologist who has extensive experience with all eye diseases and conditions. His training at UT-Southwestern in Dallas, a pre-eminent training program for general ophthalmology residency, helped him to become a leader in eye care. Dr. Vidor offers expert care for all eye disorders, including glaucoma, dry eye, cataract evaluations and retina diagnosis.

Dr. Vidor is an expert oculoplastic surgeon in Orange County and greater Los Angeles area. He practices the full spectrum of cosmetic and reconstructive oculoplastic surgery. Committed to customizing the surgical experience of each patient, Dr. Vidor provides the highest quality of care in a comforting environment. His practice is focused on the procedures in which he is a leading surgeon, including blepharoplasty (eyelid lift/ eyelid surgery), ptosis repair (eyelid muscle surgery), ectropion repair (eyelids turning out), entropion repair (eyelids turning in), repair of lid retraction (eyelids too tight), tear duct surgery, reconstruction after eyelid skin cancer (such as MOHS reconstruction), and treating orbital diseases. Dr. Vidor specializes in revision of eyelid surgery after previous unsatisfactory plastic surgery, eye trauma, or cancer.

Dr. Vidor is one of fewer than 600 surgeons worldwide that has completed a fellowship in the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (ASOPRS). He is board certified diplomat of the American Board of Ophthalmology, a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, and a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. His expertise in both oculoplastic surgery and ophthalmic microsurgery uniquely qualifies him to perform precise eyelid rejuvenation and reconstructive surgery while preserving visual function.

Dr. Vidor is a native of Orange County where he lives with his wife and two adorable daughters. He attended Fountain Valley High School. After earning High Honors at the UC Santa Barbara, he graduated valedictorian at the Chicago Medical School. He completed a residency in ophthalmology at the University of Texas – Southwestern..
